The only way to contact us
The simplest way to reach the people who run Real or Replica Guide is by e-mail at [email protected]. We do not have a phone line, a postal address or a chat service, and there is no contact form on the site.
Writing in English is easiest for us. Please put a short subject line on your e-mail so we can see at a glance what it is about.
What to write about
Most useful are notes about accuracy. If the guide says one thing and the game shows another, tell us. We also want to hear if the page does not display properly, if the demo button does nothing, or if you have a question about how we handle the e-mails you send.
Information we never ask for
Please never send us identity documents, passwords, bank or card details, UPI IDs or screenshots that show them. We do not need any of this, and e-mail is not a safe place for it.
If you do send something sensitive by accident, tell us and we will delete it. Screenshots of the page are fine as long as nothing personal is visible.
Limits of what we can do
We are not Spribe and not a casino, so we cannot help with anything to do with an operator account. That includes withdrawals, deposits, bonuses, blocked accounts and disputes over bets. We have no access to any operator's systems and no influence over their decisions. Questions about the game itself, or about our page, are where we can actually be useful.
Response times
We read every message. We cannot promise a reply within a set time, and some messages, such as general comments, may not need an answer. Corrections that check out are made on the page, usually without a separate reply.
